There are few things that need to be followed for us to accept return/refund as per below:

1. Photos : After you have received the packages, please check everything is correct. If there is any issues, please take photo of the total item you have received (clear image of which scents, and type of the item). Also, the condition of outer box and the Airway Bill pasted on it.

2. Videos : In the case of malfunction items like Candle Warmer or Mini Humidifier, please take a video so that our Customer Service Manager can assist the steps on how to use it or vice versa.

We only accept returns within 7 days after you have received the items. Product must be returned and unopened with a good condition.

*For orders that has been received longer than mentioned date, you need to arrange it via your own cost to our address or come to our warehouse for return after our Customer Service Manager advise it.
